Whoops... been a lil while!!!

Sorry about that. Things have just been kind of busy! Here's a quick and dirty of recent events for the past... ummm.. 4 months since the last post I guess!!

1. Christmas went great. Was really busy but was off for 3 weeks so got to relax every now and then. I'm glad I took the time because it looks like it will be the last time I get to spend that much time with the family
2. Deb got the job as a pharmacy tech at wally mart. It took them FOREVER to make a decision and it was Deb giving them an ultimatium that finally made them decide!
3. The kids are now in day care 5 days a week at the Y here in town. They are doing GREAT! Patrick has 3 therapists (one for speech, one for social developement and one for eating). They are doing wonders! He is developing amazingly now and EVEN HAS A FRIEND!! Plus all the teachers he has are amazed that he can read and write and he's not even 4 yet. Kathryn is the social butterfly as always and knows every person in the place! She still has a hard time at drop off's but usually has a great day there.
4. I've been working quite a few hours lately but I think OT will dry up for the next little while. There was a "mishap" at work and one of our machines is totally pooched. I guess that's OK though. Deb and I made sure we never lived on overtime. Just kept it for extra stuff. It's going to be different only working 4 days a week though for the next little while. Give me a chance to clean up the garage and stuff I suppose!

Well.. those are the major things. A lot of changes in our lives though. I'm still getting used to it. I miss not being able to just phone home and see how everyone was doing or coming home to the kids and Deb. They mean everything to me though so as long as they are happy, so am I.

ADDENDUM:

OK... I forgot to mention a couple things!
#1. My baby sister let us know she was preggers and is due in July! I'm going to be a biological uncle!! WOOHOO!!! We still don't know what the sex is but Lisa and James want to find out some how!
#2 I turned 30. Friggin 30!! The weekend was great because I had my 3 best buddies up for a weekend of XBox and hanging out. It doesn't happen to often because our lives have pulled us in different directions but once they were here, it was like no time had passed.
